The Connacht Property Auction is now taking entries for its next public auction, which will be held on 26 February in the Menlo Park Hotel.
After a hugely successful year of auctions in 2014, the auction group is now taking entries for its upcoming auction events. The company is the only auction provider in Ireland that does not charge admission or marketing fees to enter the auction, making it very appealing to property owners.
Furthermore, the company also offers an online auction system where all bids are made visible on the website, www.connachtpropertyauction.ie.
“One of the key elements to the success of The Connacht Property Auction is the partnership of estate agents who work together to ensure maximum interest in the properties,” says Patrick Folan from The Connacht Property Auction.
“Working in close partnership with over 30 established auctioneers, we ensure the property is advertised and promoted in all the right papers, websites and property portals.”
The company is currently working with a host of auctioneers including Keane Mahony Smith (Galway City), Matt O Sullivan (Clifden), Spencer Auctioneers (Oughterard), DNG Lyons Bracken (Athenry), Michael Ryder (Tuam), Paddy Keane (Ballinasloe) and Keary Auctioneers (Loughrea) amongst others.
The Connacht Property Auction is inviting property owners who are looking to sell their property without any upfront costs to contact the auction team. Before any property comes to the market, the auction team will agree a minimum reserve figure – giving the property owner total control over their minimum walkaway figure.
Bidding can also continue past the reserve price until the highest bidder has secured the property.
“Through working with our partner agents and the extensive marketing campaign we undertake locally, nationally and internationally, we are agreeing successful sales for the vast majority of properties on offer. Last year The Connacht Property Auction averaged 87 per cent sold in the public auction held, showing the strength of the auction service we provide,” added Mr Folan.
