Mervue United 0 Galway United captured the Connacht Cup when they held off the challenge of Mervue United at Fahy's Field on Monday night. Jay O'Shea got the opening goal for Jeff Kenna's men in a well-contested encounter. The victory was wrapped up when Vinny Faherty found the net to secure the cup. |
