Connacht Rugby has received a significant boost with Ulster Bank coming on board as sponsors of the province’s U-19 side.  

Ulster Bank will sponsor the side for the next two seasons and Martin Gallagher, the Connacht Provincial Domestic Games Manager, says it is a big boost.

“We are delighted to have Ulster Bank come on board as a domestic sponsor of Age Grade Representative Rugby. Ulster Bank has been very involved in rugby with the National Programme — Summer Scrummage which has been very successful in Connacht this year.

{"Ulster Bank’s sponsorship will allow us to give more preparation time to develop these young players. Connacht Rugby is grateful to the Ulster Bank management and in particular Mary Regan, Dermot O’Connell and Brendan McDermott for their support in this initiative,” said Martin Gallagher.

Brendan McDermott, Ulster Bank’s Regional Director—West, said they were pleased to be the sponsors of the Connacht U-19 side.

“Connacht Rugby has made great progress in recent years and we are delighted to extend our involvement by sponsoring the province’s U-19 side,” he said.
