The Welsh are on a roll, Triple Crown, Championship and Grand Slam and then there is that now famous 6 Nations competition in Lonergans of Salthill (Lonigens back my way). Not only do the much respected, highly regarded and well-liked Welsh men Colin Tucker (Coordinator) and Gareth Davies (Observer) run the competition, well Colin runs it and Gareth keeps a watch and brief, but wouldn't you just know that they won it as well! Tuam man Stiofán 'Danger' Ó Dálaigh and John 'The Hurrikane' Kane took the inaugural Intervarsities Darts Pairs title. Danger beat Hurrikane in the Master Darts Singles. First class honours all round for the two lads and maybe honorary degrees if the conventional route has too many obstacles.
