The race for the Heineken Connacht Junior Cup moves up a gear this weekend with eight games down for decision.

Portumna, who shocked Castlebar in the preliminary round, entertain Connemara.

Holders Corinthians host Sligo, while league leaders Monivea travel to play OLBC.

Ballinrobe will have home advantage against Ballinasloe, with Dunmore travelling to play Westport.

Gort make the trip to Crowley Park for a clash with Galwegians, Corrib will face Buccaneers and Ballyhaunis travel to take on Loughrea.

The fixtures for the next round of the Heineken Junior Cup are: Portumna v Connemara; Ballinrobe v Ballinasloe; Westport v Dunmore; Galwegians v Gort; Corrib v Buccaneers; Corinthians v Sligo, OLBC v Monivea; Loughrea v Ballyhaunis
