Galway 3-10 ![]() A first half goal from substitute Laura Mitchell helped Noel Finn’s charges to a 1-6 to 1-2 half-time lead before the Tribesgirls moved up the gears in the third quarter and goals from Aoife Lynskey and Caroline Murray put distance between the teams. The encounter came to life with two goals in the space of a minute close to half-time from Mitchell and Eimear Watson for Cork. On 36 minutes Lynskey brushed off the Cork defence to fire past Kavanagh for a 2-7 to 1-3 lead.
