The Féile weekend will commence with the opening ceremony and parade on Friday evening in O'Moore Park before the clubs involved parade across town.

Clarinbridge's path to Féile included victories over Kilconeiron, Athenry and St Thomas in the early rounds before a draw at the quarter-final stage against Craughwell brought both teams back to Ballinderreen for a replay. Clarinbridge's three-goal replay win was sealed by a goal from Gearóid Mannion.

In the semi-finals, Kilconieron were overcome at Ballinasloe with scorers Barry Keane, Sean O'Brien, Damien Burke, Sean Kilduff and Niall Armstrong ensuring Clarinbridge's place in the final against Tommy Larkins.

In a hotly-contested final, Clarinbridge came back well from early Tommy Larkins goals with scores from Barry Keane, Sean O'Brien, Sean Kilduff and Niall Armstrong and strong support from Jamie and Kieran Morrissey and Feidhlim O'Neill paving the way for Barry Keane to seal victory with a last-minute point.

This weekend, the Galway champions face matches with St Rynaghs, Kilcormack and Limerick and will have the full support of their county behind them.
