Carnmore camogie players plan 2008 programme E-mail

After a successful 2007 when the Junior A Team won both the county league and championship, Carnmore Camogie Club held it's AGM this week, where Club Chairman Roddy Grealish commended all the officers, managers, trainers, and 120 players and their parents, who supported the club at every level throughout the past year.

The following committee was elected for 2008:

Chairperson: Roddy Grealish; Vice Chair: Joe Coen; Secretary: Mary Thornton; Asst Secretary: Annette Hanley; Treasurer: Mary Davoren; Asst Treasurer: Ann Kenny & Martin Smith; County Board Officials: Packie Fox; Joe Coen & Eugene Devaney; Pitch Co-ordinator: Frank McHugh; Club Referees: John Abbott, Gerry Loughnane and Felim Manning; Child Officer: Maura Murphy PRO: Ríóna Johnson.

The management and trainers appointed are as follows:

U-8: Fidelma Hughes, Geraldine Kyne, and Rita McHugh; U-10 & 12: Maura Murphy, Joe Coen, Patrick and Bernie Killilea; U14: John Abbott, Maura Murphy, Mary Davoren and Siobhan Leonard; U16: Mickey Grealish, Anthony Molloy, Sean Davoren and Mary Thornton; Intermediate: Anthony Molloy; Sean Davoren; Mickey Grealish and Rose Crowe.

Registration for all Carnmore Camogie Players will take place in the Carnmore Community Centre on Tuesday, January 22nd 2008 from 7.30pm to 9pm.
