A sensational new drama/musical simply entitled ‘Paddy’ – the work of International singer Tommy Fleming , Midwest Radio’s Tommy Marren and Mayo-based songwriter Gerry Carney – is taking the country by storm.
‘Paddy’ tells the story of emigration in all its shapes and forms.
The two-hour production tells the story of a young Irish emigrant Patrick Murphy – played by Tommy Fleming – who leaves Mayo in the 1960s in search of fame and fortune and the show follows his life in London city and Ireland over a 25 year period.
‘Paddy’ is in the Town Hall Theatre on Saturday 28 November with doors at 8pm. Tickets cost €30 and are available from www.tht.ie.
