Catering talent search hits Galway

ARAMARK Ireland, the catering and facilities management company, has begun its search for ambitious and eager candidates for its newly launched Graduate Development Programme and is calling on interested candidates in the Galway area to apply. In October 2008, four people will begin a year's training for a post as Regional Manager within ARAMARK Ireland.

 
Progressive companies seeking to capitalise on business downturn

The European Business Awards 2009 is experiencing a significant increase in applications from companies keen to receive a 'Ruban d'Honneur', a rare accolade handed to the crème de la crème of Europe's business community. Entries are up by 30 per cent year on year in the opening month of the programme.

Aramark team wins diversity award

Aramark Ireland's restaurant team at University Hospital Galway has received the Irish Hospitality Institute (IHI) Diversity Award 2008 for its catering operation. The Diversity Award recognises organisations that show a commitment to encouraging integration and diversity in the workplace. The awards, now in their third year, took place last week at Clontarf Castle in Dublin.
