Dr Bhatti describes his new natural pain and stress relief programme that has proven very successful for clients suffering from stress-related disorders
After years of research and practice, I have put a range of effective techniques into a specific programme for reducing pain and improving general health and well-being.
The treatment currently on offer at my clinic in Foster Street has been successful with a number of conditions, including muscular tension, strains or sprains, hip, shoulder, neck or back pain problems, osteo-arthritis and rheumatism, sinus problems, soft tissue injuries, correcting posture, chronic or repetitive strain injury and sports injuries. It has even improved some client’s balance and coordination.
The therapy works on the whole body – not just the area of complaint – and many clients who have been through the full programme have experienced a general feeling of wellness throughout their whole body.
The ‘Natural Pain and Stress Relief Programme’ has had very good results, with my clients suffering from stress-related disorders such as headaches, fatigue, mild exhaustive depression/melancholy, panic attacks, adrenal exhaustion and pre-menstrual tension. It uses a range of techniques that encourage a release of blocked energy in the body. In many cases, when this energy is released (in conjunction with a programme of lifestyle changes and nutritional supplementation), fatigue, lethargy and lack of concentration are reduced and, in some cases, eliminated.
The techniques have the potential to improve lymphatic drainage, circulation and nutritional absorption and assimilation. The ‘Natural Pain and Stress Relief Programme’ includes a full case history where dietary considerations are addressed. Stress reduction techniques are suggested and a course of acupuncture, acupressure and trigger point therapy is recommended. Many of my clients have described increased vitality and fitness after a series of sessions.
Acupressure and trigger point therapy are extremely popular bodywork therapies for relieving tension in the muscles, reducing muscle irritability and improving nutritional absorption, especially to the muscle, soft tissue, tendons and ligaments. These techniques are central elements of the ‘Natural Pain and Stress Relief Programme’ because they have tremendous potential to increase mobility of joints and reduce stiffness and pain.
After having success with these techniques for over ten years, I am now launching a new Natural Pain and Stress Relief Clinic at the Village Nursing Care Centre in Craughwell, Galway.
The Village Nursing Care Centre is an ideal location to visit because it has a state of the art medical facility alongside my complementary health clinic. Surrounded by ash trees and beautiful countryside, the experience of the centre alone will induce relaxation and a sense of wellbeing.
