![]() West Properties International officially opened its newly constructed Budapest apartment building recently. Mr Brian Conneely, Managing Director of West Incorporated and two of the Irish apartment owners, Mr Malachy Ruane and Mr Gerry Keane, excitedly cut the ribbon on the building located on 92 Budapest Street in central Sofia. During the event, Mr Conneely handed over the keys to the Irish owners. The Budapest building is the first development fully project managed and controlled by West Properties international and its completion is a major milestone for the company. It is a manifestation of West Incorporated's all encompassing suite of services, which range from site acquisition, construction and interior design to sales, investment advice, property management and rental. The Budapest building comprises 22 units including studios, one bedroom, two bedroom and penthouse apartments overlooking the central part of Sofia. All apartments are fully furnished to a very high specification with quality furniture, fixtures and fittings. The building features underground and aboveground parking, passenger and vehicle elevator, two commercial units and security service. West Properties International has three more projects that will be finished in the next few months. By 2011, the company plans to invest over €500 million in Bulgaria.
