Gerry Coffey Auctioneer has recently launched their new property website in conjunction with Ireland's largest property portal Daft.ie.

This progressive property company are at the cutting edge of technology and this is evident from the new website with many new and exciting features, one of which is virtual tours.

A virtual tour shows off the rooms in the house including the gardens, driveways etc. to the front and rear of the property. This is a far superior method of selling compared to a static photo of the property. The virtual tour gives the viewer the feeling of the space, character and a feel for the house and its surroundings. Properties with Virtual Tours on the internet commonly attract 6 to 10 times the number of hits and visitors per property than those properties which don't have a virtual tour.

With the property market becoming more competitive for buyers and sellers alike, virtual tours are becoming a standard marketing tool for professionally qualified auctioneers and estate agents. Gerry points out that virtual tours is not meant to replace a viewing in person but rather generate interest and provide people with the extra impetus to visit a property in person.
