Sean Lyons, who owns and independently operates the Remax franchise in Athenry, received the Remax 100% Club Award at the annual awards ceremony in the Marriott Druids Glen Hotel & Country Club, Co. Wicklow. Sean was among the 350 guests who attended the ceremony.

Of the 330 Remax agents in Ireland, 60 agents earned Remax 100% Club status in 2006, which is based on sales production for the year. Each of those inducted, produced extraordinary annual sales volume in real estate value, far above the industry average.

Following the awards, Sean said, "I am delighted to receive this award for the second year running, as it is sheer recognition of the consistent record prices that we have achieved for our properties. We put this success down to our individualised service, attention to detail, and our consistent standards and market leadership with approachability; which makes us the partner of choice for many."

Remax Property Group opened its offices on North Gate Street, Athenry, Co. Galway in September 2006 and to date has experienced phenomenal sales.

Based on an independent survey carried out by Property Week Ltd, the Remax Property Group ranked number three in Co. Galway, while the Remax brand ranked number one in Co. Galway and number four in Galway City in terms of market share.
