Public Auction will sell this residential farm, which is located in Glencolumbkille, which is close to Carron Co. Clare, in one or multiple lots on 30 October at The Lady Gregory Hotel, Gort, Co. Galway.

There are approx 166 acres of lands on this farm. Located on these lands are some outbuildings and a dwelling. The concrete built two-bedroom dwelling extends to approx 64 sq m. The dwelling dates back to approx 1920 and is in sound basic condition with solid roof and walls. In the past 15 years there has been aluminium windows and doors to the front of the property been installed but the house would need further renovation/modernization.

The rear of the dwelling has the original teak windows. The forecourt of the dwelling is landscaped with beautiful shrubs planted. There is also a large parking area, which has been recently chipped.
