Carrownagower, Loughrea

Three fantastic development sites are now available at Carrownagower, on the Loughrea-Athenry road. These include site number one, which currently has full planning permission for the construction of ten detached homes and site two and three, which are zoned residential in the development plan.

Plot one consists of c 4.95 acres and the planning allows for generous spacing of each individual dwelling, at a luxurious size of 2,500 square feet accompanied by a garage. There are three different styles of house accommodated to include three, four and five bed homes.

Plot two is substantially large accommodating c. 20 acres, which are zoned residential. Therefore acquiring planning for the land will not pose any problems and considering the large nature of the plot an extensive amount of units will be permissible.

Plot three is c.2 acre area and would most suitably accommodate a variety of once off housing as it has excellent road frontage on to the main Athenry to Loughrea road.

Given the overall location of the land, disposal of housing units or serviced sites will certainly pose no problems to any prospective investors, backed by a variety of reasons including the fact that the land is just five miles from Gort, Loughrea and Athenry's town centres, and a short commute to Galway.
