Monday 5 March saw McInerney Homes launch their new development; Bun na Coill, in the village of Moycullen.

Bun Na Coille incorporating Coill Ard is the latest development by McInerney Homes, Ireland's largest homebuilder. The showhouse was open to the public for viewing and generated a great response from the many visitors, according to the developers.

GAA stars Sean Og O Halpin, Joe Canning and Gearoid Clancy were on hand to officially launch the development and sign autographs for the many fans who turned up on the day.

Bun na Coille comprises a selection of 89 luxury three and four bed detached, semi-detached and terraced houses in a professionally landscaped setting, taking full advantage of the natural appeal of its surroundings.

Coill Árd is an exclusive section of 24 luxurious five-bedroom homes within Bun na Coille. These homes are all detached, and designed in a variety of unique styles and orientations to accentuate their individuality. The area is further enhanced with a public open space, facilitating a 1.5-acre landscaped central section that includes a playground.

"McInerney Homes are delighted with the success of the launch of this stunning development, Bun na Coille. McInerney Homes choose areas of distinction for their development's locations and Bun na Coille is no exception. The beautiful village of Moycullen is only a stone's throw from Galway city but yet affords residents the luxury of being located in a peaceful, country setting. The houses are of exceptional quality, synonymous with that of McInerney Homes and offer a selection of styles and layout. We look forward to welcoming the new residents to this wonderful development," commented Fergus McMahon, Regional Director of McInerney Homes West.

Professionally landscaped, the development takes full advantage of the natural appeal of its surroundings. A thriving yet tranquil village in the heart of rural County Galway, Moycullen is nestled in the mature woodlands of a stunning country setting, whilst still being only a stones throw from Galway City Centre.

It is an ideal base for those working in the city and provides easy access to Clifden, the rugged Atlantic coastline and the majestic wilderness of Connemara. With breathtaking views, a wealth of sporting achievements and award winning pubs and restaurants, Moycullen truly offers residents a great blend of tranquillity and activity.
