Classified advertisements placed before 5 p.m. on Monday each week will appear in the Wednesday edition of the Galway Independent
Advertisements placed after 5 p.m. on Monday will appear the following week.

Galway Independent Newspapers Ltd. reserve the right to omit or suspend and advertisement(s). They also decline any responsibility in the event of one or more of a series of advertisements being omitted for any reason whatever, nor do they accept liability for any loss or damage caused by an error or inaccuracy in the printing of any advertisement. If your advertisement appears incorrectly, contact the Advertising Department immediately, as responsibility can not be accepted for more than one week's incorrect insertion. Responsibility cannot be accepted if the complaint is made more than two weeks after insertion. The advertiser undertakes to indemnify the Proprietors against any liability for any civil action arising out of the publication of the advertisement or any other matter printed or published in the Galway Independent. The placing of an advert will be deemed an acceptance of these conditions.
