Up to now the latest Suzuki Grand Vitara was only available in
passenger versions with 1.6 and 2.0 litre petrol engines as well as a
1.9 litre diesel. For 2007 a commercial version of this top selling
model will be available with a 1.9 DDiS engine.
Suzuki has given the commercial treatment to the latest Grand Vitara with an entry price of €29,950 inc. VAT.The wide opening rear door facilitates the loading and unloading of bulky items and thus makes the vehicle ideal for the transport of goods. The cargo area has a capacity of 2 cubic meters. All Grand Vitaras have a full array of airbags with front, side and curtain for front seat passengers plus curtain in the back. In the event of an accident, the reinforced cabin structure and impact absorbing crush zones, plus the unitary design of the 'built-in ladder frame' construction, direct impact energy away from the cabin which has been further reinforced with door impact bars and deformation resistant members. The recommended ex works retail selling price of the Grand Vitara 1.9 DDiS Commercial is €29,950 including VAT. |
