Mercedes Benz lower prices with new VRT rates E-mail

Mercedes Benz is one of the more recent car companies to issue its new July prices for the post VRT change period. In line with changes to the VRT tax bands, the Mercedes-Benz range has increased to over 400 available models.

Mercedes-Benz claims to be offering the biggest price changes in the industry. The company said that approximately 65 per cent of the luxury market in Ireland comes from two segments the Lower Premium segment (C-Class) and the Medium Premium segment (E-Class). The company predicts that in the new C02 tax based market diesel models will become the customer's choice. Mercedes Benz said that under the new VRT rate system the price of both the new C200cdi and E220 Cdi have been significantly reduced.

Over 60 per cent of the Mercedes Benz range will reduce in price, according to the company. They are offering a select number of models at post July prices from 16 June, so customers can avail of road tax benefits, our CLK 200,CLK 200 Cabrio, SLK,200, CLS, C180 will be sold at post July prices.
