Cork based Newmarket Motors, Volkswagen dealers in Cork have been awarded a prestigious pan European Service Quality Award by Volkswagen Europe.

Annette Brown, Business Manager, Sean Browne, Dealer Principal and Jerry Browne, Director from Newmarket Motors with the European Service Quality Award, which was presented to them by Philip Sheridan, Irish After Sales Manager and William Ward, After Sales Area Manager, Volkswagen Europe. Newmarket Motors is the only Irish Volkswagen dealer to have won the award, which recognises dealers who have achieved the best results in service quality and customer retention.

Voted by individual customers, the award is testament to the long-standing reputation Newmarket Motors has for providing quality service as well as the excellent relationship the Volkswagen dealer has with its many satisfied customers.

Newmarket Motors is the only Irish Volkswagen dealer to have won the award, which recognises dealers who have achieved the best results in service quality and customer retention. The criteria for being honoured with this prestigious award are extremely thorough and exacting. Dealers are judged not only on the quality of the actual service, but on all aspects of customers' experiences at the individual dealerships, from the communication skills of the highly trained service team right through to value for money.

On receiving the award, Sean Browne, dealer principal Newmarket Motors said: "I am delighted to accept this award on behalf of our Volkswagen Service Team at Newmarket Motors who work tirelessly to maintain the highest standard of service to our many customers. We are a family run company and pride ourselves on our reputation of delivering quality service and it is very satisfying for the team and I to receive such an accolade."
