![]() The Citroen C5 was the only car from the latest EuroNCAP test group to achieve the full 5 star rating for occupant protection. Euro NCAP has released the crash test results for the Suzuki Splash, Daihatsu Terios, Renault Kangoo, Citroen C5 and the BMW X3 in its latest round of releases. Of these results, only the Citroen C5 received five stars in adult occupant protection. Unlike the previous C5, the seat belt reminder system does not meet Euro NCAP's requirements for the front passenger seat. With the groundbreaking technology for pedestrian protection that Citroen introduced with the C6, it was disappointing to see that the C5 only received two stars. Euro NCAP's test results are released on a quarterly basis.
