Patrick Folan from the Connacht Property Auction comments, “Traditionally auction was mainly suited to cash buyers meaning only certain types of buyers could purchase through auction. Our auction is more flexible however making it accessible to all purchasers including those buying with a mortgage”.
The public auction will take place on 14 November in the Clayton Hotel, Ballybrit, Galway at 7pm. Registration begins at 6.30pm. All properties can be viewed on the auction website www.tcpa.ie. To arrange a viewing or speak to the auction team call 091-882121.
