Looking for something for the kids to do this mid-term? Why not let them experience the thrill, excitement and fulfilment of sailing a dinghy!

On Wednesday 31 October, Thursday 1 and Friday 2 November, Bow Waves Sailing and Powerboat School will hold three hour dinghy sailing taster courses for children aged seven to 16. Parents can join in too.

These courses will take place from 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm each day. The three hour session is €45 per child and there will be discounts for families/group bookings.

Bow Waves Youth Academy is an excellent way for young people to experience the benefits of sailing, such as team building, outdoor activity, building confidence, both on the water and off and above all having great fun. Sailing is a sport that it is very rewarding and accessible for all ages and abilities. It gives participants a great sense of freedom.
