Almost twenty children launched successfully on the last Sunday in September, with light winds and beautiful sunshine as part of the junior Autumn Sailing Programme. There were two oppy fleets and a feva fleet, with children from aged eight years upwards.

The children were ready with boats rigged at 12.30pm and reluctantly came off the water at 3pm having enjoyed the training / sailing programme. They are continuing to develop their sailing and racing skills each Sunday. The groups are at capacity with regard to numbers and resources, but the club hopes to run a similar series in Spring..
