Declan Fallon of Eurotec Signs and Declan Dooley, Galway Independent Director, were on hand yesterday (Tuesday) at the Kenny Galway Group Volvo Garage on the Tuam Road for the unveiling of the first of 16 large road signs that will be erected around Galway city to promote Galway's involvement as a stop-over port in the Volvo Ocean Race 2008-2009.

The race, which gets official Galway launch today, will arrive in Galway in 23 May 2009.
