Mol an Oige after-school Service for children aged seven to twelve years of age is running a selection of subsidised summer camps in Galway this summer at St Patrick's Band Hall, French Ville Lane.

The Mol an Oige service is a non-profit project run through the Galway Diocesan Youth Services (GDYS) and supported by the City of Galway Vocational Educational Committee and the Health Service Executive.

The camps will run from Monday 14 to Friday 18 July from 2.30 to 5.30pm, Monday 21 to Friday 25 July from 10am to 4pm, Tuesday 5 to Friday 8 August from 2.30 to 5.30pm, Monday 11 to Friday 15 August from 2.30 to 5.30pm and from Monday 18 to Friday 22 August from 2.30pm to 5.30pm.

The fee is €35 per child per week, with the exception of the week of 21 July, which will be €50 and the week of 5 August, which is €25. A deposit of €10 ensures a place on the camp and numbers will be limited.

Camp activities will include arts and crafts, drama games, sports games, outdoor trips and activities, picnics and lots more. For further information, contact 091-568483 or 087-9625411. Enrolment forms can be collected from St Patrick's Band Hall or the GDYS, at 4 Augustine Street, Galway.
