The counterfeit Lithuanian driving licence being used by Mr Rashfan Shouldabakey, of 1 Bayview Rise, Ballybane, is to be disposed of by the State after a period of 14 days to allow for appeal. Defence solicitor Valerie Corcoran told the court that her client was aware that what he had done was wrong, and that he facilitated the investigating garda in his enquiries. Mr Shouldabaky was fined ?800 with two months to pay for driving without a licence, with two additional fines of ?150 for fraudulently using of a counterfeit licence. Judge Aeneas McCarthy took the other offences into consideration in his judgement. |
