A dedication service will be held on Friday 18 January at 7.30pm and Sunday 20 January at 11am for Ballinasloe Christian Fellowship's newly renovated building.

The building was donated for use of the church from lifetime resident Bertie Walshe of Liscappal in Aughrim. In May of 2007, a team of 11 men from the USA helped to renovate and restore the former workshop into a meeting place.

The Fellowship has been meeting in the building since moving from their previous weekly meetings at Hayden's Hotel.

This building also serves as a meeting place for the Fusion Youth Group affliated with Galway Youth Federation.
