Well-known personality and model agent, Celia Holman-Lee visited Galway on Monday to launch the search for the city’s best dressed at this year’s Galway International Oyster Festival. The festival will run from 27 to 30 September. Sponsored by Fallers Jewellers and Raymond Weil Geneve, the competition to find the most elegant lady and the most appropriately dressed gentleman will take place in the festival marquee on Saturday 29 September.
The winning lady will be presented with a Raymond Weil Shine watch worth over two thousand euro. This stunning diamond set watch features a polished, stainless steel case and fabulous dial. The most appropriately dressed gentleman will be rewarded with a very handsome Don Giovanni stainless steel watch from the Raymond Weil 07 collection. Featuring a mother of pearl dial, this prize is worth €1,000. Making the selection will be a panel of well-known celebrity judges including Bairbre Power, editor of the Irish Independent Weekend Magazine. The winner of the 53rd Galway International Oyster Festival Pearl competition, Ann-Marie Mitchell, was also presented with a Raymond Weil Tango timepiece following her selection at a Gala Banquet on Thursday night last. For a sneak preview of these incredible prizes call into Fallers Jewellers in Williamsgate Street, Galway. Any lady or gentleman who tries on a Raymond Weil watch at Fallers between now and 28 September will be entered into a draw to win tickets to the Saturday afternoon at The Marquee.
