Galway GAA hero and TG4 sports analyst Seán Ó Dómhnaill is "keeping his head down and working hard" according to insiders on RTÉ's reality TV show, Fáilte Towers. The series is providing much office discussion throughout the country, as the tired and overworked celebrities deal with demanding customers and the criticisms of the panel of judges. The celebrities have now been under lock and key in the hotel for nine nights and the cracks are starting to show. The host of famous faces have found themselves embroiled in disputes but Galway man Seán can be seen laughing and joking with his fellow contestants as he does his county and his chosen charity, Cancer Care West proud. Despite a nasty burn to his hand while working as Head Chef at a weekend wedding, Seán remains in good spirits. Ever the team-player, he is determined to see the challenge through to the end, raising as much money as possible for his Cancer Care West, who provide cancer support services for people from all over the west of Ireland. The people of Galway can see Seán on Fáilte Towers and lend their support on RTÉ One on Tuesday at 9.40pm and Wednesday at 9.35pm and they are being urged to keep voting for Seán and for Cancer Care West using the following voting numbers: Text VOTE 1 to 53125, Call 1513 71 71 01. |
