![]() With just the addition of a Spanish chorizo sausage you can turn your casserole into something different. This can be served with rice, pasta or potatoes. Ingredients: Cut chorizo in rings and add to a hot pan with olive oil. Cook until oil turns red. Slice chicken breast in five pieces and add to the pan. Cook until chicken is brown on both sides. Add chopped red onion, courgette and chilli. Cook for two minutes then add your chopped tomatoes. Place in a 180C-preheated oven for 10 minutes. |
