I haven't been a fan of Rimmel foundations in the past, as they remind me of orange faces heading off to a teenage disco. However, they have moved with the times and recently released this new product, which promises to regenerate skin and enhance skin tone for an illuminated, 'eight hours sleep' look.

The texture of this foundation is quite light and glides on easy whether using a brush or your fingers. While I can't guarantee that it will make you look like Kate Moss, I really liked Renew and Lift as it offers medium coverage with a sheer, dewy appearance. It definitely perked up my tired complexion and lasted well throughout the evening. The fluid formula is also quite moisturising, so it won't bother those pesky dry patches. However, for those looking for very heavy coverage, this may come up short.
