Regardless of what new fantastic foundation you have, if your skin isn't up to scratch it isn't going to look as flawless as it should. In the quest for a glowing complexion, one of my favourite indulgences has to be Lancôme's best-selling Primordiale Skin Defence and Perfecting Serum.

This wonderful citrus fragranced product leaves skin baby smooth without the greasy residue often left behind by moisturisers. While the serum is supposed to be applied daily under moisturiser, I've also used it as a primer under make up with very impressive results.

A few new products have recently been added to the Primordiale range lately, including Skin Recharge Day and Night Cream, Eye Cream and Lip Balm. As well as including a mild exfoliating agent and SPF to protect your skin from aggressive external factors, the products also reduce the appearance of fine lines and pores so that you look your best at all times.
