While most people have a favourite foundation for nightwear, it can often be hard to find a product that looks natural enough to wear during the day but still offers enough coverage.

This new foundation from La Roche Posay is formulated for dry and sensitive skin and has a melt-in texture that smoothly adapts to skin for an extreme comfort finish. According to the company, the purified mineral pigments hide the imperfections without drawing attention to them, resulting in a unified complexion with a satin smooth finish.

I found this foundation very easy to apply, as the texture does adapt very well to skin and doesn't sit in fine lines or dry patches like many others. The finish is very smooth and it does a great job of covering all those little imperfections, while still looking very natural. This is perfect for work and daywear but I found it a little light for a night on the town.

Unifiance is hypoallergenic, fragrance free and suitable for sensitive skin. It is available from Westside Pharmacy, Matt O Flaherty's Chemist on William Street and O Flaherty's Chemist in Athenry.
