Whether your job requires brain or brawn, or a mix of both, eating healthily is extremely important to maintain energy levels. ![]() Wholegrains have long been recognised as an integral part of an healthy diet and one of the easiest ways to fit them into your diet is with Weetabix. To make the most of food, she advises that people drink a glass of pure fruit juice to help absorb the iron. It is also recommended that people eat 30 minutes before exercising or have a post workout snack, such as two Weetabix with semi-skimmed or skimmed milk with fruit or nuts. "Whether you're getting ready to go to work or need a quick pre-gym snack, eating well can make a difference to your eventual performance.
