Do you know your Screaming Orgasm from your Long Island Ice Tea, or do you harbour secret aspirations to star alongside Tom Cruise in Cocktail? The ultimate cocktail-making course has arrived at Lohan's Bar in Salthill. There will be eight sessions of the cocktail club, beginning on Monday 22 January. Each week's practical session is followed by cocktail making and tasting. Booking in advance is essential. The course will cost €25 and a complimentary cocktail guide and a cocktail shaker is available to those who book all the classes.
