Fighting fit without getting hit

"A lot of my clients would prefer to train in the morning; they just don't have the energy to do it in the evening after a hard day at work. Generally if people are serious about getting fit, they would train about two or three times a week focusing on flexibility, core work, cardio and stability. After a couple of weeks you will notice your flexibility improve and a general feeling of wellbeing, but it takes between three and six months to really appreciate the benefits."

As well as getting fit, Pete teaches street awareness and simple self defence techniques that are becoming increasing popular with schools around the country. Certified from the Irish Sports Council, he has been teaching secondary school students for over 15 years and says that in this age of obesity and increasing violence on our streets, it is essential for students to stay fit and focused.
