Chocolate Truffles

  • 400grs dark chocolate, chopped
  • 180mls cream
  • Coca powder, sifted for dusting

Method:

Melt chocolate and cream over a low heat till chocolate is smooth. Pour the chocolate into a shallow dish and set in the fridge for three quarters of an hour. Roll into balls and dust with coca to serve.
