Basil Pesto

  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 2 tablespoons of pine nuts, toasted
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons of Parmesan peeled
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • Salt/pepper

Method:

Chop basil and place in blender with rest of ingredients.
Blend for five minutes and season.
