Ingredients:
Savoury Tart
- 10 mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 2 spoons tarragon
- Pack of frozen puff pastry
Sweet Tart
- 2 spoons sugar
- 1 spoon butter
- 1 cooking apple, peeled and sliced
- Frozen pastry
Veggie Tart
- Mixed salad, tomato and Parmesan
- Frozen pastry
Method:
- Roll out pastry thinly on floured surface
- Cut in 3 circles
- Savoury Tart: cook mushroom and tarragon in pan for 2 mins and place on pastry. Cook in the oven for 10 mins.
- Sweet Tart: Brush pastry with butter, place sliced apple on top and sprinkle with sugar and bake for 10 mins at 170c. Serve with scoop of ice cream or cream.
- Veggie Tart: Brush pastry with butter and bake for 10 mins as above. Add salad after with your favourite cheese
