Ingredients:

Savoury Tart

  • 10 mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 2 spoons tarragon
  • Pack of frozen puff pastry

Sweet Tart

  • 2 spoons sugar
  • 1 spoon butter
  • 1 cooking apple, peeled and sliced
  • Frozen pastry

Veggie Tart

  • Mixed salad, tomato and Parmesan
  • Frozen pastry

Method:

  1. Roll out pastry thinly on floured surface
  2. Cut in 3 circles
  3. Savoury Tart: cook mushroom and tarragon in pan for 2 mins and place on pastry. Cook in the oven for 10 mins.
  4. Sweet Tart: Brush pastry with butter, place sliced apple on top and sprinkle with sugar and bake for 10 mins at 170c. Serve with scoop of ice cream or cream.
  5. Veggie Tart: Brush pastry with butter and bake for 10 mins as above. Add salad after with your favourite cheese
