Butter Chicken

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 3 spoons tandoori paste
  • 1 tin of coconut milk
  • 250ml cream
  • 150gr butter
  • One onion
  • One red pepper

Method:

  1. Add one spoon of tandoori paste to the chicken, mix well
  2. Fry off onion, pepper for 2 mins
  3. Add one spoon of tandoori paste and cook for 2 mins
  4. Add chicken to pan, cook for 5 mins
  5. Add coconut milk and cream, bring to boil and simmer for 8 mins until chicken is cooked
  6. When cooked, whisk in cream

Serve with rice.
