Butter Chicken
- 2 chicken breasts
- 3 spoons tandoori paste
- 1 tin of coconut milk
- 250ml cream
- 150gr butter
- One onion
- One red pepper
Method:
- Add one spoon of tandoori paste to the chicken, mix well
- Fry off onion, pepper for 2 mins
- Add one spoon of tandoori paste and cook for 2 mins
- Add chicken to pan, cook for 5 mins
- Add coconut milk and cream, bring to boil and simmer for 8 mins until chicken is cooked
- When cooked, whisk in cream
Serve with rice.
