Dear Editor,
I refer to your letter from Wednesday 17 October edition with reference to Cllr Padraig Conneely. I never met Cllr Conneely (nor do I know him), but he called to our estate recently (Belsize Court) and met with residents in connection with the missing estate sign in our estate.

I found Cllr Conneely friendly and well informed on all issues in our estate and city. This would be the view of many people I spoke to. He raises issues that are important to residents.

Keep up the good work Cllr Conneely.
