Dear Editor,
Normally I am a victim of poor customer care and for some reason, like most people in Ireland, I tend to accept it. However, I must write to inform you that I enjoyed excellent customer service recently.

While visiting the Terryland branch of Dunnes Stores, I encountered a manager who bent over backwards to look after me and my family. His staff were excellent and they were smiling. Well done all, you have restored my faith in the poor levels of 'customer care' experienced elsewhere.

There must be something good in the water in Terryland!
