Do you think that replacing the Lynch Roundabout with a signalised junction will improve traffic congestion at Briarhill?
Ger Regan: It’s about controlling the traffic around the city better. Without a bypass, improved public transport facilities (which are being improved, to be fair), and pedestrian and cyclist facilities, there isn’t a chance of really improving the traffic problems. There is no magic wand.
