Amnesty International’s Unchained Melodies, a musical series that promotes musicians from Galway and all over the world, plays host to the band Tribal Roots this Thursday at 6pm. This drumming group has been seen on the streets of Galway throughout the summer, bringing a great beat influenced by the different corners of the world.

Amnesty International will host an Unchained Melodies concert to take place on the Saturday 8 December in association with International Human Rights Day. At the moment a CD is also being put together featuring artists that have played for Unchained Melodies so far.

For further information, contact Amnesty International, 2-3 Middle Street, on 091-533 637 or at www.amnesty.ie.
