Eileen Keane and the artist known as Martina will play the Freedom Café tomorrow, Thursday 28 August at 6pm.

Eileen is an accomplished and highly individual singer songwriter. Her material is deeply influenced by her experiences of growing up in North Connemara.

She uses her vocal ability to explore this emotional landscape, while themes of ancestry, love, loss and redemption permeate her beautifully crafted songs. She brings a heartfelt freshness to both her own and others music and is a fine interpreter of traditional and contemporary songs.
