Galway native Jimmy Fitzgerald, along with fellow Little Fish Mamin Cajun Band players Paul Gunning and John Martyn will join Tola Custy as they serve up a tasty musical Cajun gumbo this Sunday afternoon, 21 March at the St Patrick's Band Hall immediately next to the train station.

The session is the third in Adventures in Music sixth annual 'Gigs for Families Series' and promises friendly warmth, toe-tappin' authentic rhythms and exuberant instrumentals played on fiddles, spoons, drums, guitar, Zydeco and Cajun accordions, the rub-board and other instruments.

Doors open at 2pm for the children’s pre-concert activities and the lively performance begins at 2.30pm.

All ages welcome, young children particularly so. Tickets (€5 per person or €20 for a family ticket) available at the door or in advance at the Town Hall Theatre and www.mykidstime.ie.
