American superstar Todd Barry flies in to Galway to headline the Comedy Club at Cuba* this Sunday, 13 April at 8.30pm. ![]() You know you're in the 'big league' when you are the featured celebrity on Sesame Street as Todd recently was, whilst his other TV credits include, Letterman, Late Night with Conan O Brien, Flight Of The Conchords, The Larry Sanders Show and Sex And The City. His film work includes 'Road Trip' and '40-Year-Old Virgin' and he has his own regular slot on the Howard Stern radio show. "Todd is one of the biggest comics in the world today and it is a major coup to get him to play Cuba*. He has had four CDs released that have all reached number one in the comedy charts and, if you only go to one comedy gig a year, then make it this one. You won't be disappointed," said Comedy Club frontman Gerry Mallon. Support comes from fellow Yank, Aidan Bishop and on the open mike slot for new talent is fast rising hotshot Sean Sheridan. Tickets, €12.50, are available in advance at Bar 903, the Cellar Bar and at the door, which opens at 8.30pm. |
