'Better' singer-songwriter Tom Baxter, who was due to play the Róisín Dubh on Monday 5 May, has had to postpone all his Irish dates because, somewhat ironically, he is unwell. Tom, who is suffering from acute laryngitis, is hoping to feel 'Better' by Tuesday 24 June for his rescheduled performance at the same venue. All tickets are still valid for this show. A spokesperson for Tom said that he had been told by his doctor that he is unfit to perform at present due to acute laryngitis which has caused him to temporarily loose his voice. Tom said the was 'gutted' to have to cancel his Irish dates. "To all of you who have bought tickets, I send you my apologies for postponing the shows. I want to give it my best and I am unfortunately not 100 per cent. I will be back on my feet ASAP making music to temper your worries and illuminate your soul - I promise!" Tickets, €27.50, are available from the Róisín Dubh. |
